WildTrack wins 2020 AUVSI XCELLENCE award!

We’re truly honoured to be recipients of the 2020 Association for Unmanned Vehicle Services International (AUVSI) XCELLENCE award in the Humanitarian category, for our work using UAVs to monitor the cryptic ground evidence left by endangered species (in our case, trails and footprints).

Our special thanks to our partners at senseFly for allowing us to use their amazing eBeeX fixed-wing drones for monitoring.

We’re excited to be in the field again in October/November 2020 to collect more UAV data (trails and footprints) to develop an AI-based aerial survey.
