Celebrating United Nations Biodiversity Day 2021!
The new WildTrack Specialist Group is an innovative global network of conservation biologists using only animal-friendly and community-accessible techniques to protect endangered species. This short interactive video gives an overview and an interactive map of where our members work.
The four pillars of our tool-kit are footprint identification technology (FIT), community-intelligence, camera-trapping and acoustic monitoring. With these tools we can identify species, individuals, sex and age-class all over the world – data that inform all conservation strategies.
